Due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in the late 2019, disruptive regulations such as the strict Level 3 epidemic alert implementation, real-name registration and work from home (WFH) policy have imperceptibly changed everyone’s fixed patterns of business behaviors, in which the manifest change is the leaping switch to the non-contact-based economy from the usual contact-based economy. This conference invites outstanding representatives from the industry, government, and academia and exchanges ideas which are relevant to core technologies, laws and regulations, and international trends about financial technology, regulatory compliance, and green finance to discover the Smart Anti-epidemic Business Model for the guests from all walks of life.
As the saying goes, with crisis comes opportunity. Competitive industry players can grasp changes in peoples’ minds due to the impacts that the epidemic has, and make good use of FinTech core technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Big Data Analysis, Cloud Computing, Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Mobile Payment, namely ABCDM core technologies) to promote the digital transformation，technical upgrade or value-added services among the industry. Via diversified and cross-disciplinary open banking services, we connect the customer’s needs with the daily life and provide them with the innovation of financial services to promote the inclusive financing. Meanwhile, the social desirability of sustainable development such as climate change, corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate governance, the clarification of disputes on the information-security risks and technology regulatory arising from the application of technology are among the issues of FinTech, RegTech and ESG that have to be addressed by the elites in Taiwan.
Representatives from the FinTech ecosystem are invited to join the discussion, hoping that the cross-disciplinary exchange can provide opportunities to create more diversified and potential cooperation, and practice the sharing of popularization of science education.
